This Walt Disney Classics Collection figurine "Bring Back Her Heart ..." is the Evil Queen from Snow White.  The figurine was sculpted by Kent Melton as a Spring Sculpture Event piece available from February - June 1997.  She stands approximately 9" tall.  Item 11K411650, 1028644.  Includes green box and COA.  See last photo for slight crazing.
