Refund policy
All retired and discontinued figurines are not returnable or exchangeable. However we do have a 14-day return policy on other items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number or receipt for proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can use the Contact Us page or email us at returns@collectwithlaurette.com. Please note that return shipping will be your responsibility and your item will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will also not be refunded any shipping costs that you paid for. If you received free shipping the shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your refund. It is best to be certain you really want the item before purchasing.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return number and the return address within 48 hours. You will then need to package up the unused item(s) with all original packing, accessories, and tags, and ship it to the address provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving our approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will quickly evaluate the issue and make it right. If the error was on our end we apologize and we will cover all return shipping costs by sending a prepaid label for you to use.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as retired and discontinued items. This includes all Harmony Kingdom, Olszewski Studios and WDCC figurines, as well as several Hallmark, Lenox, Precious Moments, Jim Shore, and Disney Park items. Please get in touch through the Contact Us page if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method less original shipping and less the 15% restocking fee within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
