Packaging: ♻️

At Collect with Laurette we "Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle".  We try to reuse and recycle all boxes and packing material that we receive in our shipments at our warehouse.  You may receive your shipment in a box that has been reused or possibly reconstructed.  Sometimes we may cut down boxes to change the size and eliminate the amount of packing required to fill the space.  

As with all items we sell, if you are purchasing a delicate collectible that does not have its original box, rest assured that extreme care is taken so that you receive exactly what you ordered.   Your item will be safely protected with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, air packets, and paper as needed to fill all space in the package.  

 

Shipping:📦 

Every item is inspected before packaging and shipment.   We try and ship in-stock items within 3 business days unless we are out of town ourselves.  We will keep you posted as to when your items ship and if there is a delay for any reason.  Tracking numbers are always provided once your items are ready to ship.  We utilize USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx depending on which is most cost-efficient.  US orders over $50 will ship economy for free.   Expedited services are available and prices are located on the checkout page.   International options are also available on the checkout page.  Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us and we will do our best to get it delivered, reship it if we have it in stock, or issue a refund if we cannot get it to you.
