This Enesco Jim Shore Disney Traditions figurine "Ooh La La" is Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast.  It is made of stone resin and was introduced in 2015.  Approximately 4.75" x 3.5" x 1.75".  Item #4049620.  Does not include its original box.  Great gift or collectible for the JSDT collector!
