This Enesco Jim Shore Disney Traditions figurine "Greetings from England" is from the Mickey Around the World Collection and features Mickey Mouse as a Royal Guard.  It is made of stone resin and was introduced in 2014.  Approximately 7.25" x 2.75" x 2.5".  Item #4043630.  Comes in its original box and styrofoam.  Great gift or collectible for the Mickey fan or JSDT collector!
