This Enesco Jim Shore Disney Traditions figurine "Country Life" is Minnie Mouse in the country with some chicks.  It is made of stone resin and was introduced in 2015.  Approximately 6.25" x 3.5" x 2.25".  Item #4049636.  Does not include its original box.  Great gift or collectible for the JSDT collector!
